Free shipping

You love our clothes and you want to buy more! We offer you the shipping if your cart value is 150 € or more.

This offer is for clothes only and excludes equipment, especially poles. The delivery method will be the post parcel.

Sending in mailbox

For shipments less than 150g, if you want your product sent by letter, directly in your box, then choose this economical method.

Parcel delivered in person

This is the standard shipping method. This is the one we advise you.

The maximum weight of the order cannot exceed 30kg. If you want more than 30kg of pole dancing outfits: contact us !

Express shipping

Do you need your clothes as soon as possible? We offer you an express delivery.

We can not guarantee accurate shipping times as they vary according to provider and destination, especially internationally. Do not hesitate to contact us to find the best shipping solution.

Exchange

The size or outfit you’ve chosen doesn’t correspond you? Don’t panic, we do an exchange within 30 days. All you have to do is return the unused products, in their original packaging, with the attached labels. Then, either we send you the products you want in exchange, or we proceed to refund the returned products.

For France, we offer a free return during 30 days !

International shipping

We send our products to most countries of the world. Outside the European Union, the payment of VAT and customs duties is the responsibility of the customer and the products will be billed excluding taxes.

Sending heavy object

For sending heavy and large items, including pole dance equipment (poles, stages, etc.), we will study with you the best means of transport to send you your products as soon as possible and at a lower cost.

Sending heavy items is normally only available for France and neighbour countries.

Damaged package

In the presence of an apparent anomaly of the package that you receive including a damaged package, an open package, traces of liquid, the law recommends not to open the package.

You can report it unopened within five working days at a post office or refuse it in the presence of the driver and establish a “finding of spoliation”. It is important to remember that the opening of this package excludes any recourse. You are invited to report a problem and / or ask us questions.
